We are professional coaches.

Our job is to build athletes.

Our fitness is broad–we place equal emphasis on speed, strength, agility, flexibility, stamina and balance–and we keep things fun.

Kids and teens WANT to come to CrossFit Sandpoint and it shows. Our workouts are made to be skill-based, challenging and progressive.

We specialize in specific strength training, cross-training, gymnastics, mobility, accuracy, speed and agility training. This training will help our athletes identify weaknesses and provide a systematic approach for improvement. Our focus is on excellent form and safety above all else.

How Will This Program Benefit Your Teen:

  • Performance (explosiveness, power, strength, agility, endurance, speed)

  • Functional Fitness (teach healthy motor patterns with lifetime benefits)

  • Form (proper technique=safety in weight rooms, full range of motion)

  • Constantly Varied (effective defense against overuse injuries common in any given sport)

  • Mobility and Nutrition (improve recovery, self-care, create good life-long fitness habits)

“What is the difference between these camps and your regular teens’s program?":

  • These programs will be more focused on sport preparation and general strength and conditioning rather than CrossFit

  • These will be more geared towards athletes that are newer to the weight room

  • These classes would be a great gateway to our ongoing Teens program

  • If you still have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email kenny@crossfitsandpoint.com
