Weightlifting Specialty Classes
Fueled by the popularity of CrossFit, the sport of Weightlifting has seen a tremendous resurgence in the United States. Athletes are getting interested in the sport itself, but many more are training the Snatch and Clean & Jerk for their benefits in other sports. These benefits are explosive power, strength, and flexibility.
We offer 6 week cycles of Weightlifting specialty classes focused on developing these lifts. These classes are for all levels, from the beginner to advanced.
The times and days will vary through the year to ensure everyone has a chance to get in on the action.
