The holidays are full of family, cheer, and good times.  They are also semi full of drama, stress and calories!

Our 60 day Macro Challenge is here to guide you in the right direction.  To take your enthusiasm for self improvement and renewal in the new year and show you the way.  

Over a 2 month time, we will empower you with discipline, education and support to achieve your goals and kick start the New Year.

YOU’LL LEARN:

- Why carbs aren’t the enemy and why they’re essential for healthy living

- How to calculate and count the macros that are right for YOU

- How to balance real life with healthy eating

- How to STOP dieting once and for all by creating a realistic plan for nutrition in the long-term.

We’ll give you all the tools to succeed: a detailed nutrition guide, a custom, individualized macro plan, group support via meetings and a private Facebook group, 1 on 1 coaching with or Precision Nutrition Level 1 and 2 coaches, and industry leading body composition analysis via the InBody 270.   

We’re going to do it the right way, not some wacky, unsafe or unsustainable crash diet.  We’re going to strive for a healthy body transformation. Not the quick weight loss that many diets will leave you feeling deprived. By monitoring your intake closely, we'll be able to make small adjustments to ensure you lose weight or gain muscle accordingly.

Our 60 Day Challenge is designed to shed body fat, create lean muscle and give you your most appealing body yet.

You'll be paired up with a coach that will help you with direction, accountability, and the support you need to be successful. Here's the deal, life doesn't stop and neither will we. You and your coach will tackle whatever comes up to ensure you stay on track.

This will be tough, but aside from actually chewing your food for you, we’re going to give you all the support you could possibly want.

60 Days + Prep Week:  January 8th - March 14th

Bi-Monthly meetings Tuesday evenings 6:30-7:30pm. Corresponding with weight check-ins. First 30 minutes are lecture-based, second half is accountability and questions. In person and via Facebook Live.

A lot has changed for me since day 1. First and foremost my self-confidence has gone up a few notches, which definitely overall has to do with my weight loss, but also just my own journey of restoring my independence and identity as a new mom. I’m not sure if we as moms ever get 100% back to who we were before we had babies but strangely, I find myself smiling thinking about how Charlotte has impacted my life in such a great way that I don’t want to go 100% back to who I was before... and the more comfortable with that I become, the more this whole mom thing makes me feel like I’m winning at life. The nutrition challenge really ran parallel to my motherhood journey in that both of those things are helping me establish a new normal. I had to set time aside for myself to accomplish my nutrition goals, but that also allowed me to reflect and be a better mom and wife. Those two things are the most important things in my life so I am extremely grateful that this challenge allowed me to incorporate this other aspect of my life. Other changes include more energy; my increased desire to challenge myself in workouts and feeling damn good when I pull on some “old” jeans!!  I would say that even though I weigh the same as before I got pregnant, my whole body composition has changed. So this whole time I thought that I would be satisfied by looking in the mirror to see was once was, but that expectation has been surpassed by learning to fall in love with my new body (what just happened?!)!!

Secondly, what have I learned? Well, I think I touched on a lot of that above but that was more intellectual. When I isolate the nutrition challenge, the most obvious thing is that I developed a new relationship with food. I don’t need all the carbs to feel satisfied; that sweet potatoes are actually good; that there are 100 combinations of veggies and I feel better when I incorporate those with every meal; that small changes make a big difference; and that saying “yes” to an indulgence means saying “no” later in the day (or vice versa). If I can keep small changes as a part of my daily life, then I see this sticking with me for the long haul.

Prior to the challenge I was tired most of the time, felt just uninterested in most things and i felt pudgy and overall unhealthy.   I knew I wanted to make changes but really had no idea what to do to get there. Within the first week of the challenge everything changed for me. I had tools that made sense and were working. I felt great, healthier and hopeful about everything in my life.  

When the challenge ended I tried eating out and ordered things I normally would before the challenge as a way of celebrating and I felt sick halfway through my meal. My body has decided it likes the new healthy eating habits I’ve learned from this challenge! 

There isn’t one thing that I took from this challenge, there are several.  I have a real understanding of healthy eating, exercise and overall a better attitude in my everyday life!
