Movement & Gymnastics Classes for Kids (ages 2 ½ - 5 )
What is Little Fitters?
The Little Fitters curriculum is designed to introduce kids to essential body and movement mechanics and focuses on creating a broad athletic foundation. Classes combine gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics and will focus on balance, hand/eye coordination, teamwork, independence, and most importantly fun! By paring fitness and play based activities we believe it’s possible to create a lifelong love of health and fitness to our children.

About Coach Tennille
A mom of two kids, ages 2 and 5 years Tennille is quite close to how important having physical activity through the day is for young kids! A life-long athlete herself, Tennille has been participating in CrossFit for 10 years and coaching for 4. She is passionate about the importance of getting kids started off on the right foot in their healthy lifestyle journey. Her goal is that children will get great exercise, learn some new skills and develop confidence without even knowing it!
How it works:
Each 45min class starts with a group warmup followed by an obstacle course, game, or short “workout”. It ends with a cool down and stretch. The movements and activities will be body weight only (air squats, arm press, plank, and burpees). These movements will be applicable to the real world. For example, working on picking things up from the floor, standing from a chair and getting up off the ground.
