Our Hybrid CrossFit membership allows for the experience and fun of group classes, but also provides the advanced development and accountability of personal training. 

A hybrid membership include Unlimited CrossFit Classes and either 1 or 2 personal training or nutrition sessions per month.  These can be used with any coach on any skill you seek. You can alternate between skill sessions one month and nutrition the following month, basically you choose your own adventure. In addition, all Hybrid Memberships include a monthly Body Composition Check. We believe these memberships provide the perfect combination of group classes and the individual support that is key to crushing your goals both in fitness and nutrition. These skill sessions are scheduled at your convenience and can be used for anything that you want to work on or get more comfortable with.
