Foundations

Our Foundations class is designed to get beginning CrossFitters up to speed before they join our regular classes.  Over a period of either 6-hour long group or 5 30-minute private sessions, we introduce participants to the lifts and movements that can be expected in a CrossFit class. Group classes are limited in order to ensure a small coach to athlete ratio.  We have group classes starting monthly.  Private sessions can be scheduled anytime.
