Our Foundations class is designed to get beginning CrossFitters up to speed before they join our regular classes. Over a period of 5 30-minute private sessions (Teens will do 3 sessions), we introduce participants to the lifts and movements that can be expected in a CrossFit class. This one-on-one training environment allows your coach to asses your needs, determine your goals and make sure you're moving propertly so you avoid injury and get in the best shape of your life.
Private sessions can be scheduled at your convenience after you meet with one of our coaches for a No Sweat Intro. After completion, members can eith continue with personal training sessions or transition into group classes.
