Endurance classes

Want to work on developing your ability to participate in longer events like running, rowing or biking? 

We will periodically run endurance specialty classes designed for just such things.  These classes are meant to be in conjunction with your normal CrossFit routine, and will round out your endurance training nicely. 

As usual, these classes are for all levels, and require no previous experience or ability.
