CrossFit is the most effective exercise plan in the world.

Far more than a group fitness class, CrossFit is individual coaching in a group setting.

Workouts are different every day; intense; but altered for each participant’s level.

Our group fitness classes are designed to meet you where you are and advance your fitness level, improve your body composition, help you move better, and discover your potential.  

Our classes are not just designed to make you sweat for an hour and send you on your way.  They are part of a weekly, monthly and annual plan to help you develop and move towards your goals. They are also designed with the fact that everyone is starting from a different place and has different aspirations, but really enjoy working out with their friends. 

Every class is led by an expert CrossFit coach, who's committed to making sure you're moving properly, having fun and getting in the best shape of your life.

To start in our CrossFit classes, you'll need to complete 5 of our Foundations Sessions.  Read more about them here.

FOUNDATIONS

Those who are new to CrossFit complete five, one-on-one 30-minute (Teens will do 3 sessions) Foundations sessions with one of our experienced coaches.

This one-on-one training environment allows your coach to asses your needs, determine your goals and make sure you're moving propertly so you avoid injury and get in the best shape of your life.

Private sessions can be scheduled at your convenience after you meet with one of our coaches for a No Sweat Intro. After completion, members can eith continue with personal training sessions or transition into group classes. 

These sessions introduce new athletes to the basic movements of CrossFit including: 

  • squat (back, overhead, and front)

  • deadlift

  • hang power clean

  • hang power snatch

  • presses

  • bodyweight movements

The emphasis of these sessions are technique and introducing the intense (but fun) nature of the CrossFit methodology. These one-on-one sessions will allow you to integrate EASILY and SAFELY into our regular CrossFit classes. The sessions are scheduled at a time convenient to you.
