  • You aren't afraid of commitment and some hard work. We want you here for all 90 days to really see the results of your hard work. The first few weeks can be tough, but if you stick with it will be worth it!

  • Do you have the willpower to follow our nutrition program? We give you the tools that you need to succeed. You just have to follow it.

  • Are you a team player? There is nothing more motivating than a group cheering each other on. And there's nothing worse than a bad attitude.

  • Do you really want to see the change? The coaches and I really want to see you succeed, but you need to want it more!

  • Not looking to lose weight? No problem. This isn't just a weight-loss program. We encourage all types of transformations.

  • Are you respectful? You must respect the rules of the gym. The rules were created to protect our culture. The culture was created to give you the best possible experience.

 

STEP 1

Schedule Your No Sweat Intro

Your No Sweat Intro is a 20 minute 1-on-1 meeting where we will work together to create your customized 90 Day Experience. 

 

STEP 2

 Follow Your Complete Nutrition Overhaul

Our nutrition coaching is completely customized to you. The best part is, we won’t ask you to give up the foods you love, or starve yourself! We'll use InBody biometric tracking to monitor your progress every step of the way.

 

STEP 3

Start With Personal Training

Joining a gym can be intimidating. That's why you start your 90 Day Program with 1-on-1 training. This is the best way to get you beach body ready.

 

STEP 4

 Join Our Group Classes or Continue with Personal Training

Both our group classes and personal training are designed to help you build lean muscle and tone up while burning fat all at the same time. Whichever you choose, every class is different so we're sure to have something that'll make coming to the gym fun.

 

STEP 5

Stay Accountable with Goal Setting Sessions

So you're 4 weeks in and you've lost fat - now what? In your Goal Setting Sessions, you’ll map out the next steps of your fitness journey with your coach.

My life in fitness began at age 16. As soon as I could drive I got myself a pass to a traditional gym. I quickly became obsessed, reading everything I could and devoting all of my time to fitness and exercise.

Over time, I grew bored with the monotonous routine of an hour in the gym doing the same old same old. I started hearing about CrossFit in 2008 and at first I thought it was just another fitness fad. Interestingly enough, it was during this time that I was beginning to incorporate very similar principles into my own workouts. I was utilizing Olympic and compound movements, doing sprints and trying “new” tools like Kettlebells, sandbags and plyometrics.

Finally, at the suggestion of a friend who had similar athletic interests, I took a look at CrossFit.com. I started doing CrossFit WODs (workouts of the day) in the gym I was a member at. I gained a ton of functional strength and I started to become more and more obsessed with CrossFit, finding continued success and noticing that I was able to maintain near peak conditioning year-round. I started sharing my workouts with others and training anyone who would listen. Eventually, I got my CrossFit Level 1 and my NSCA-CPT certification in 2012. We started CrossFit Sandpoint soon after, and haven’t looked back since. I’m passionate about helping you reach health and fitness goals you might not even think are possible.
